INVITATION TO QUOTE (ITQ) FOR THE SUPPLY OF MUV (MULTI-UTILITY VEHICLE), 7-SEATER, WITH ENGINE DISPLACEMENT OF MINIMUM 2000CC AND NOT EXCEEDING 3000CC TO THE SINGAPORE HIGH COMMISSION IN NEW DELHI
You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore as represented by the Singapore High Commission of the Republic of Singapore in New Delhi, India, under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Singapore, to participate in this Invitation to Quote (“ITQ”) for the supply of MUV (Multi Utility Vehicle), 7 seater, with minimum engine displacement of minimum 2000cc and should not exceed 3000cc to the Singapore High Commission in New Delhi.
2 This ITQ contains the following:
a) Instructions to Potential Suppliers;
b) Conditions of Contract;
c) Appendix A - Requirement Specifications and Price Schedule;
d) Appendix B - Track Record;
e) Appendix C - Non-Disclosure Agreement
3 Suppliers may submit their own sales terms and conditions as an alternative to the High Commission’s Conditions of Contract. However, these will be subject to review and approval by the High Commission.
4 Your Quotation must be submitted in accordance with this ITQ. You are advised to read carefully all documents enclosed in this ITQ before submitting your Quotation.
5 Non-compliance with the submission mode as specified in this ITQ will result in an immediate disqualification from the ITQ exercise. All enquiries regarding this ITQ shall be made in writing via email and directed to:

6 The closing date of this ITQ is 30 March 2026, Friday, at 1500 hours (local time). The acceptance and award of the ITQ will be at the sole discretion of the Singapore High Commission in accordance with this ITQ. The Singapore High Commission does not bind itself to accept the lowest offer, or the whole or part of any offer.
7 All quotation offers must be delivered by email to Mr Mohamed Yusuf, Second Secretary (Admin & Consular) with the heading “ITQ for the supply of MUV (Multi-Utility Vehicle), 7-seater, with engine displacement of minimum 2000cc and should not exceed 3000cc to the Singapore High Commission in New Delhi” by the given deadline as stipulated in paragraph 6.
8 All costs or expenses incurred in the preparation and submission of the Quotation proposal will be borne by the Participant.
9 The Quotation will be evaluated based on the following criteria and weightage assigned:

10 The proposal offer shall remain valid for acceptance for a minimum period of ninety (90) days from the closing date of this ITQ.
