Senior Minister of State (SMS), Ministry of Defence and Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dr Mohamad Maliki Bin Osman will visit New Delhi from 8 to 10 January 2019 to participate in the 4th Raisina Dialogue on “A World Reorder: New Geometries, Fluid Partnerships, Uncertain Outcomes”. SMS Maliki will speak at a panel on “A New Delhi Consensus – India’s Imagination and Global Expectations” alongside other distinguished guests. While in New Delhi, SMS Maliki will also meet with his counterparts from India and around the region.
