We're Hiring: Receptionist/General Assistant

The Singapore High Commission in New Delhi invites applications from self-motivated and detail-oriented individuals for the position of Receptionist/General Assistant.

The Receptionist/General Assistant would be responsible for:

• Overseeing receptionist duties and managing the reception desk and facilities in the public area.

• Handling incoming telephone calls professionally and responding to general enquiries from the public, including visa and consular-related enquiries.

• Supporting events, airport duties for official visits and other logistical arrangements.

• Maintaining inventory records and monitoring office consumables.

The ideal candidate would:

• Have a university degree or equivalent qualification.

• Have relevant experience in reception and simple administrative duties.

• Have a good command of spoken and written English and Hindi.

• Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Have a pleasant disposition and good interpersonal skills.

• Possess strong organizational, communication and customer service skills.
