Witnessing of signature on affidavit for use in Singapore

Procedures

1. Please bring the following:

   • Original passport for ID and signature verification

   • Photocopy of passport page showing name, date of birth, IC / passport number, for our retention

Processing fee

Rs 200 on taking or re-taking an affidavit or a declaration for each person making the affidavit or declaration

Rs 50 for each exhibit referred to in an affidavit and required to be marked
